My painting
Once I was an artist, specializing portrait. This is one of the still life paintings i did on the side. Technically it’s not excellent but I like it. In this piece I tried to capture the concept of a stream of life; when old one perishes new one emerges.
Actual painting is better than the photo. When my novel ideas dry out(?) I like to go back to painting, just for pleasure.

Mind Reader
Do you believe that mind readers are real? I believe so. We all are to some degree. You might call it extra sensory perception. But there are people who can read your thoughts nearly 100 percent. They know your past and present life, what you are plotting for your next book, and so on.
Some individuals abuse their mind-reading abilities. If you don’t like what they do, they harass you or even slander you. Obnoxious behavior, indeed. If you suspect that you might be a victim of such outrageous people, you might be right. Don’t be angry. Anger is not only a poison to your mind but also it makes you susceptible. Calmly sympathize with the person for having such low self-esteem.
I wonder what will happen to our society if everyone learns how to read people’s mind and abuse what they learned. I am healthy, mentally and physically. If you don’t believe this post, just ignore it. Thanks.

Dry Mouth
I’m not a health expert, so I do not recommend anything to anyone but just share my experience. (Having lived two hundred years, it seemed, I have something that I learned through my experience over the years.)
So, dry mouth, I mean lack of saliva, is usually caused by a long-term use of medication, a medical expert says. In my opinion, it can be also related to toothpaste and mouthwash; using too much toothpaste or mouthwash can give you dry mouth. So, I use tiny amount of toothpaste, about less than a pea size. As for the mouthwash, I avoid using it all together. Why? It can give you some side effects like, discoloration of skins in your mouth. A doctor says that it is a normal condition as we get older. I hope he’s right. When I rinse mouth with cold water the skin color returns to normal a little for a while.
I’ve heard that whitened skin in the mouth can be a sign of mouth cancer. I guess I should research on it more. Any suggestion or information on the subject would be very much appreciated.
