I’m having a hard time to log in my site; I’ve been trying to get answer from WP for hours to no avail. They don’t give me right answer. What’s going on? Forum doesn’t have a topic on that either. I clicked on customizer to get this page; I don’t have “edit” page either.

You are having issues logging in? I am having issues logging out. I have to do it twice. This has been an on going issue, and support can not see the cause on their end. Hopefully your issue is resolved soon.

It sounds like some sort of bug. I’ve never experienced this particular problem, but for some reason I’ve never been able to copy and paste plain text in my editor page since the start. WP usually replies in 48 hours when I’m experiencing difficulties. I was given a link that might finally help me resolve my issue. Hope yours has been resolved.

Byung, I got into your site with no problem. Maybe check popups? Hopefully it’s resolved by now, but I just saw this after having surgery this morning, ha. I do enjoy your writing and appreciate your likes on WaughPaper, too. Keep the faith! Timothy Waugh

Have you tried a different browser/clearing your cookies/using a different computer or phone?

I have had the same problem for some time now, so I don’t log out. I seemed to have lost the login button on my website, the only way I can log in is to comment on someone’s blog and then I’m asked to log in and there is a login button to do it. Sorry I’m not much help to you

No, I haven’t, but that’s what I need to do, I guess. I’m using Macbook, Apple computer which comes with Safari, the browser. I need to upgrade it to get rid of viruses. They don’t recommend other browser for that particular computer. I don’t know how to clear cookies by using a phone.

I read that you are having issues clicking on the Gravatar and it sends you to te Gravatar page, rather than to websites. I have had issues with the Gravatar, and logging out of the customizer. I contacted WordPress support and though they were able to recreated the annomoly for a report, they have yet to fix this. It is why I have delayed in adding content to my website for the previous month.

I don’t have issue with Gravatar. What I mean is when I click on someone’s photo on my post’s “Like” list as a last resort to get on the person’s site, it opens to the person’s Gravatar where I can click on his/hers website. So, if you add your website to the gravatar, readers can get onto your site much easier. But you have a reason not doing so. I understand. Thank you for sharing. 🙂
