Hope

even the bird
pause
to listen
to the leaves’ whisper
hopeful spring-heartbeat

* When writing about tried and true subject as hope, which can be
boring and trite, I try to make it as if original. Or, add some
entertaining  quality to it.

  1. Oops, I wrote sir, so sorry!😳 Your poetry feels so…universal, and your nature poems resonate with an essence that echoes the raw beauty of Ted Hughes (my favourite poet) Better yet, your voice remains entirely your own, and your piquant pinches of humour are irresistible.
